Your Well-Being Is in Good Hands

As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, I understand the weight and frustration of feeling like there is more out there for you, but not knowing where to turn to first. I help raise awareness to what is troubling you, without judgement, in a safe, welcoming space. We then look at wellness education, tools and resources that you can choose to implement outside of sessions in your day to day life, to help you feel happier, healthier, and capable of managing life’s pressures.

Guiding You On the Path of Self-Healing

Since 2018, I’ve been helping my clients by guiding and encouraging them to develop a deeper understanding of their habits and lifestyle choices. I encourage Clients to create a life balance for themselves that prioritises their well-being and celebrates all aspects of their true self. It’s time to start nurturing your body and soul again. By raising awareness to what may be troubling you, to understanding your needs, and to what is or isn't being met,  it helps you to see and understand patterns which may be happening in your life. By bringing this into the conscious, it can then empower you to start making changes in your day to day life, to your habits, and potentially relationships with friends and family.

Whether it's through Cognitive Behavioural Techniques, EMDR, mindfulness or relaxation techniques, I will help guide you along your journey with individually tailored sessions. I have over six years experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which includes working with Mindworks in Liverpool and local services to help employees feel able to return to work following stress/long-term absence.

I believe there are always new things to learn and so I am constantly applying myself to continue my professional learning (CPD). I also feel it's important as a therapist to be as ethical as possible, therefore I engage in frequent Supervision. I am fully insured and an Accredited Member of the ACCPH.
